These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the foundation for operating the ckd33 platform and all services connected to it. By registering on ckd33.cam, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.2 Registration Process

- A working mobile number or email address
- Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number)
2.3 One Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be terminated and, where applicable, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
2.4 Updating Information
If any of your personal details change, notify ckd33 immediately. ckd33 will not be held responsible for delayed transactions caused by outdated or incorrect information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited.
- If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify the ckd33 support team immediately.
- ckd33 is not liable for any unauthorized activity unless it is proven that the fault lay with the ckd33 system.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Remember to log out after accessing your account from a public or shared device.
If suspicious activity is detected, ckd33 may temporarily suspend the account in the interest of security. The account will be reactivated after identity verification is completed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on ckd33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. If a transaction is delayed for any reason, contact the support team. Make sure to enter your account details correctly when depositing — providing incorrect information may result in the transaction being cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. The same timeframe applies on weekends and public holidays.

- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To use this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period from the date the bonus is granted, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If a withdrawal is made before the bonus is earned, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms — read them carefully before accepting an offer.
- ckd33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if multiple accounts or suspicious activity are detected.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the account may be permanently closed.
5.3 VIP Program
ckd33 offers a four-tier VIP program for regular players:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
VIP tier is determined based on player activity and loyalty. ckd33 reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.
Gaming Rules
Every game on ckd33 is operated according to the rules set by its providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). Detailed rules can be found within each game.
6.1 Fair Play
ckd33 believes in the principle of fair play. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and tested. Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with a game's outcome will result in account termination.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckd33 and may result in account termination:

- Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person
- Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit bonuses ("bonus hunting")
- Cheating in any game, or using software bots or automated systems
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Harassing other players or engaging in inappropriate conduct
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities
Warning: If prohibited activity is detected, ckd33 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

Account Suspension and Termination
9.1 Termination by Player
Any player may request to close their account at any time via live chat. Any active bonuses will be forfeited before the request is processed. However, the right to withdraw any valid balance will be retained.

ckd33 may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

- If evidence of providing false information or fraud is found
- Participation in prohibited activities
- Extended period of inactivity (after relevant notice has been given)
In the event of termination, ckd33 will provide advance notice where possible. However, if a serious breach of the Terms has occurred, the account may be terminated without prior notice.
